Ms. Angela Stern asked on the 9. April 2010 on the page Nesseq Mission: “How long it takes to prepare your device (TOTEM System)?”

The question is not easily answered.

The TOTEM is not a ready made device. Every TOTEM is a individual facility.

Depending on the geological and meteorological conditions where it is supposed be built.

In the so called sunbelt, more solar panels will be installed as in a place with few solar energy but where Hydro energy is abundant or where Geothermic energy can be harnessed.

The possibilities are endless.

What also makes an estimate impossible is, how long it takes the municipalities to grant all the necessary permits.

Furthermore to find all the engineers to plan such a site is not a small feast. As it is usual in our present culture everyone is highly specialized and cooperation is difficult.

All this is true for a big and commercially feasible facility.

As a first step it would be commendable to built a model in a school or a university.

When this model has proved to be practical, an Loan Guaranty Fund as a way of Micro Financing can be established. In the town you live in, with the purpose to build a commercial facility.

If you, dear reader decide to do it, be prepared to invest a lot of time and efforts in such an endeavor.

But it is worth while and your children will be grateful!

People will differ with me, but I think that the President is trying to look out for least of us here at the expense of fiscal discipline. You can armchair quarterback about how this fight should’ve gone down, but the GOP has made clear that they don’t care about spending has long as they get their goodies. I’m keeping the faith for now and I predict you will see the fight renewed in 2012.
