The modern urban life depends largely on the infrastructure. The infrastructure is not something monolithic but it actually consist of 4 + 1 parts. 1.1. Sewage 1.2. Drinking Water 1.3. Power 1.4. Garbage Disposal 2.1. Streets The streets are a different matter, since they would exist anyway.
