On friday the 19. of March 2010 (Israeli issue) the International Herald Tribune featured an article on the frontpage about Pint-sized Nuclear Reactors (the on-line article differs slightly from the printed edition) the Russian industry offers to the global market as a solution to the energy plight.
Some of those gadgets might become Mini- Chernobyls in time! The probability rises with each such reactor.
Besides the fact that no one really knows what to do with the radioactive waste such reactors are not needed as long as the potentials of the Inherent Energy is not fully utilized.
It would be much cheaper, easier and safer to build in all neighborhoods TOTEM Systems to help solve the energy hunger of society.
So the Inherent Energy is utilized and other ways of producing energy are not as pressing as they are today.
In addition many jobs will be created.
In the spirit that unemployment is a waste of human (biological) energy and resources!
