I can’t really help you. The TOTEM as I talk in this blog is a concept, not a ready technology.
I do not know the area in which it is to be built, not the topography or the climatic conditions. But the army has the Engineer Corps and every officer of this corps should be able to build a TOTEM. The technologies involved already exist and are so called low tech. If there are any practical questions feel free to ask me.

The idea of the Loan Guaranty Fund is my original idea but I don’t operate anyone. The idea is that people like you seek and find each other and will establish a LGF in your town. And you operate your own LGF! Work only with the bank you already work with.
My profit would be, if all of us could make a difference with rather little money. It is really very important to understand the concept. The funds are established by local people for local purposes, like Communal Co-operatives. And the funds are run by the members of the LGF. And every fund is only responsible to itself. It should not be a pyramid but rather a meadow.

Could you please list all the technincal parts that i need to build a totem system ? i went through every page of your site and i found no relevant information on how to build this “totem system”, this is seems very mysterious, even your answers to questions regarding this issue is very unusual.

it is true the TOTEM System does not exist yet. The Russian guy who claims, that I stole the idea from his father did not come forward with even a drawing. My problem is that I do not know the location of all the people who ask me questions about the TOTEM System. The TOTEM System as I introduced it here is about a new concept how to integrate different energy forms to an energy ensemble.
If you are interested in building a TOTEM System you will have to find an engineer to do the actual planning. If you are a cow farmer the Bio-gas facility should work very good, considering the favorable climate in the middle of Italy. With the help of Solar energy you could produce even more Steam to run a steam engine. All else is written in the TOTEM page.
If you find an engineer, University of Rome?, and a question arises feel free to ask me.
What I would suggest, harvest rain water in the winter. Check also if the EU supports such initiatives financially. Both suggestions could save you lots of money.

I’m sorry I can’t help you more, but I don’t know the geographical situation in which you live. The idea behind the TOTEM System is to exploit all Inherent Energy which surrounds you.
What I would suggest is, look for retired engineers in the town you live in. The advantage of retired engineers is, that they are not under pressure of delivering. They also have enough experience to build a TOTEM System. Put an ad in the news paper.
A little step could be to build a TOTEM System as a model in a local school. All science teachers should have enough expertise to build something like this.
If there are any specific questions I am more then willing to help out.

the TOTEM System as such does not exist yet. I have promised to build a small and lean table model, but I haven’t succeeded. Now I wait for the local university to start the new semester and then I will try to convince some students and professors to help me out. Let’s see if it will work out.

About the gaining of profits. I could have applied for a patent for the TOTEM System. But I preferred it to be public domain! In the hope that it will be built much faster.
