Although the Climate Change is caused by technology, technology is not the real problem.
A machine does the work it was designed for.
The decisions are made by people. How technology is employed and for what ends.
And it is not just the sinister greed of capitalism. We, the consumers enjoy the products.
Those decisions are determined by the culture we all live in.
But this culture has proven to be unfit for survival.
The Climate Change is the very prove of it.
The solutions sought to fight CC are still rooted in the old habits.
First we, humanity, must learn that we need nature and that nature does not need us.
Let us agree, that human rights, what is now urgently needed is Nature’s Right!
The right not to be damaged!
The violation of nature has to stop immediately!

Whole contagious areas must be closed off for humans. Nature must be given back the space and the time to regenerate.

The problem of the growing World Population makes the situation more difficult, but it also makes it more urgent to define such a law. Now before too much damage is done!
Ways have to be found how to accommodate all the people on earth without infringing nature’s law.
This is a serious addition to the difficulties of implementing the first law of the new culture.
The more people live on earth the less space and energy the individual can have.
The implications are obvious.
Humanity is only one way left in which it can still grow.

Since it can’t spread out anymore it must build towards the sky.

If humanity fails to do so it just might be the end of humanity!

CULTURAL CHANGE AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE!

The CC is the very prove of it.

The solutions sought to fight CC are still rooted in the old habits.

The hope for new technologies to solve the problems, are futile if the technology is employed in the old habits.

First we, humanity must learn that we need nature and not nature needs us.

Let us agree that besides a law which defines human rights, what is urgently needed is Natures Rights!

CULTURAL CHANGE AGAINST CC II <h1>

<h2> A cultural change as a weapon against the Climate Change –CC?

Climate Change is the bankruptcy of the prevailing culture.

Although technology was the executive arm in the destruction of nature, technology is not the real problem.

Technology only does what it was built for.

The tasks are decided by people, in the spirit of the culture.

So the inevitable conclusion is that culture has to change and so will the utilization of technology eventually.

As the effects of climate change continue to be felt, appreciation of its future transformational impact on numerous areas of public law and policy is set to grow. Among these, human rights concerns are particularly acute. They include forced mass migration, increased disease incidence and strain on healthcare systems, threatened food and water security, the disappearance and degradation of shelter, land, livelihoods and cultures, and the threat of conflict.

Thank you Mr. Madyl Max for your time and words, we can no longer think of climate change as an issue where we the rich give charity to the poor to help them cope. Rather, this has now become an issue of global injustice that will need a radically different approach. Climate change has already begun to affect the fulfillment of human rights.

and our shared human rights framework entitles and empowers developing countries and impoverished communities to claim protection of these rights.

It is becoming apparent that climate change will have implications for the enjoyment of human rights. it is clear that projected climate change-related effects threaten the effective enjoyment of a range of human rights, such as the right to safe and adequate water and food, the right to health and adequate housing. Equally, the human rights perspective brings into focus that climate change is set to hit the poorest countries and communities the hardest.

I like your aricle, climate is changing. The earth is warming up, and there is now overwhelming scientific consensus that it is happening, and human-induced. With global warming on the increase and species and their habitats on the decrease, chances for ecosystems to adapt naturally are diminishing. many are agreed that climate change may be one of the greatest threats facing the planet. Recent years show increasing temperatures in various regions, and or increasing extremities in weather patterns.
